We Are Open!
After 8 weeks of suspending operations at Sole’ , we are very happy to announce that we are now back open as of Friday May 15. We are operating at only 50% capacity and are adhering to stick CDC guidelines. All employees are wearing masks for our safety and yours. We ask for you to do the same when coming into our lobby. We have adjusted our continental breakfast to now be a grab-and-go bag as to keep with social distancing but our courtyard is open. We have also decided to suspend our happy hour for the next few weeks. Also, once you have checked into your room, employees will not to allowed to enter an occupied room, unless there is some type of issues with the room. Should you need linens or other supplies, they will be available at the front desk. Once a guest checks out of a room, that will then be placed out of order for at least 24 hours and thoroughly disinfected. We look forward to serving you again and thank you for choosing us.

We also offer complementary happy hour, which includes a selection of beer, wine and snacks from 5 to 7pm daily for registered guest.

Parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis. There is additional parking available on the street in front of the property.


Policies

You must have photo identification confirming your age to be 21 or older in order to check-in and reserve a room.

Our cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before their time of check-in. Some holidays and special events may require a 72-hour notice in order to cancel due increased demand during these times.

Hotel Fees & Taxes include the agreed upon room rate as well as a 11.5% state and local tax. Tax exempt is accepted with a valid Florida tax exempt form presented upon check-in.

For payment we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, and Discover Card. Cash is accepted along with a valid credit card for incidentals. No checks of any form are accepted.

We have a no pet policy at Sole’ Inn. We are a non-smoking property. Please respect this policy. A cleaning fee will be charged to guest who don’t.
