Amenities

We have many amenities. Starting with our complimentary continental breakfast, served each morning of your stay. Enjoy a variety of fresh options, including fruit, muffins, cereal, coffee, juices, bagels, and more.

Join us for our complimentary happy hour, available daily from 5 to 7 PM for registered guests. Indulge in a selection of beer, wine, and snacks.

Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the property.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 21 years or older and present a valid photo ID to check in and reserve a room.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before check-in. During holidays and special events, a 72-hour notice is required due to increased demand.

Fees and Taxes

Hotel fees and taxes include the agreed-upon room rate plus an 12.5% state and local tax. Tax exemption is accepted with a valid Florida tax-exempt form presented at check-in.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, and Discover Card for payment. Cash is accepted with a valid credit card for incidentals. We do not accept checks of any kind.

Please note, Sole Inn is a pet-free and
non-smoking property.

Guests who violate the pet or smoking policy will be charged a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee per night.
